My first view of the gently sloping hill the Owners purchased for their Arizona home was across a beautiful rolling golf course. It seemed only natural that the house should reflect the same curves of this hill and of the golf course.

The inside of the house looks like an inverted Viking ship. The exterior of the house can best be described in its name given by the Spanish-speaking workmen -- "La Tortuga", the turtle. The arched floating canopy roof hovers above a curved infinity-edged pool and spa, and is anchored at each end by massive ledge rock fireplaces in the master bedroom and the dining/library.
